1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Your Guild (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. Your Guild is currently in beta, and features, pricing, and functionality may change as we develop the product.

2. Description of Service

Your Guild is an AI-powered creative support platform for working artists, providing guidance through five AI personas: The Coach, Business Manager, Muse, Publicist, and Portfolio Director. Your Guild does not generate images or artwork. It supports prompt crafting, business strategy, career guidance, and opportunity discovery — the creative work remains yours, made on platforms of your choosing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Your Guild. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any artwork, images, descriptions, or other material you upload to Your Guild (“Your Content”). We do not use Your Content to train AI models. We may use Your Content solely to provide and improve your experience within the Service (e.g., enabling persistent memory of your work and goals across sessions).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content you don’t have the right to share
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its AI systems
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or exploit other artists

7. AI-Generated Guidance

Your Guild’s personas provide guidance, suggestions, and information — including on pricing, contracts, grants, and opportunities. This guidance is informational and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You’re responsible for your own decisions, and we encourage independent verification of opportunities (including residencies, contests, and grants) before committing time or money.

8. Beta Status

Your Guild is in active beta. The Service is provided “as is” during this period, and you may encounter bugs, downtime, or significant changes. We welcome and rely on your feedback to improve the product.

9. Free and Paid Plans

Your Guild offers a permanent free tier. Paid plans, when available, expand features rather than gating core functionality. Pricing and plan details will be clearly disclosed before any charge.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose risk to other users or the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Guild and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on AI-generated guidance.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
