The Coach
An art-school-level mentor who knows your work, adapts to the way you learn, and tells you the truth about it — kindly.
What your Coach helps with
- Fundamentals in any medium — composition, colour, light, value and perspective.
- Critique of work you share: what is working and exactly why, and what to try next.
- Art history and master studies, used to grow your own voice rather than borrow someone else's.
- Putting into words what your work is trying to say.
- Coaching the way you asked for it — gentle encouragement, straight talk, step by step, or open brainstorming.
What your Coach won’t do
- Empty praise. "This is great" is never the answer; the Coach names what works and why.
- Treating taste as fact. Feedback is perspective and possibility, never a verdict.
Things artists ask
- “Why does the sky in my watercolour look flat?”
- “Here's my latest piece. Be honest — what would you change?”
- “How do I mix a shadow colour that doesn't turn muddy?”
One team, one shared brain
Your Coach isn’t a separate app. All five members of your team share what they know about you — your medium, your goals, your history — and the right one answers automatically. You just talk.
